I had no idea such a mutation existed, but the explanation from the source I just gave makes a lot of sense. My god, this is the most beautiful bird I’ve ever seen. I would say that I’m adding a blue Amazon to my list of dream birds… but I bet there’s probably only a 0.1% chance of me evergetting the opportunity to own one…
